Concrete Beams

Reinforced concrete beams are structural beams place over open spans between two walls or where the distance between two walls are needed to be reinforced to prevent the deflaction of, for example, the concrete slab or brick work placed on top of the concrete beam.
Reinforced concrete beams are often used instead of lintels due to their greater carrying capacity.
